This luxurious foaming toner transforms into a cushiony lather that feels like a soothing mask, flooding the skin with hydration and leaving it silky-smooth with a fresh, refined glow. Designed to prep the skin post-cleanse, this hydrating, calming, and barrier-supporting formula features a potent blend of probiotics, humectants, peptides, and botanical extracts.
